Restoring Faith in Technology
In 1996, the Pakistan Dental Association was at a crossroads. After a catastrophic software failure in 1991, the leadership was deeply cynical. Half of the management advocated for a return to manual paper ledgers.
Our Founder was invited to break this deadlock. The mission was absolute: Zero downtime for thousands of international delegates arriving from the UK, USA, and Scandinavia.

The "Masterstroke": Live SQL Surgery
The true test came from the "Panic Requests" of the PDA Board. Throughout the event, Professors would arrive at the desk with urgent, unplanned queries:
"Can we get a revenue summary by city—immediately?"
While the 10 workstations continued registering doctors without interruption, He performed Live Data Surgery—writing complex SQL statements on the fly to generate hundreds of customized analytical reports.

Legacy Impact
"The 5th International PDA Conference became the 'Gold Standard' for medical events in Pakistan. This success paved the way for the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) and other bodies to finally trust and adopt IT solutions for their annual symposia."
