Finex Securities
Real-Time Financial Data Architecture (2003)
The Challenge
The Evolution of Live Market Awareness
By 2003, the demand for "static" financial reports had evolved into a need for real-time market awareness. Finex Securities required a platform capable of ingesting the KSE (Karachi Stock Exchange) data stream and instantly converting raw data into actionable intelligence.
The mission was to move away from legacy Perl scripts toward a more scalable PHP/MySQL architecture that could handle high-concurrency traffic with zero downtime.
The Tech Stack
The Solution
We architected a high-performance FinTech portal that served as a "Live Terminal" for investors. At the heart of the system was a custom engine that parsed KSE data streams to generate on-the-fly dynamic graphs and interactive data tables.
