Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer who lives at the intersection of user empathy and business logic. At FAAZ TECH, design isn’t just about making things look “clean”—it’s about solving complex problems through intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys. You will be the bridge between customer needs and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from discovery to handoff.
- Architect and maintain our scalable Design System to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions with real data.
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to communicate motion and behavior to stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design integrity during the development phase.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of visual design, information architecture, and UX research.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (including variables, auto-layout, and components).
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and platform-specific guidelines (Human Interface / Material Design).
- Ability to articulate the “why” behind your design choices in a clear, professional manner.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a significant plus.
