Key Responsibilities

• Agent Orchestration: Build and scale agentic workflows that can reason, break down tasks, and execute complex logic.
• LLM Integration: Work with latest LLM APIs and local models to implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• System Architecture: Design robust, reliable pipelines that integrate AI decision-making into core business logic.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize the latency and cost-effectiveness of AI-driven features, ensuring high performance at scale.
• Data Engineering: Manage Vector Databases (like Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector) to provide intelligent context to our agents.
• R&D: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, experimenting with new frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) to keep FAAZ TECH ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a deep focus on Node.js/TypeScript.
• Proven experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and/or open-source model ecosystems.
• Solid grasp of RAG patterns, vector search, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with the “Agentic” paradigm—you understand what it takes to build a system that can “loop” and self-correct.
• Strong proficiency in building scalable APIs that bridge the gap between frontend interfaces and AI backends.
• A “researcher’s mindset”: You don’t just use tools; you understand how to debug the unpredictable nature of AI outputs.
